Free 7-Day Healing Loneliness Workshop
March 21-24 & 28-30
One hour each day
Do you ever feel like you have no right to complain?
You have everything:
-
a good paying job
-
a beautiful family
-
a nice place to live
but yet, for some reason you still wake up each morning as if there is something missing? Is there an emptiness inside that no matter what you try to do, it cannot be filled?
You are not alone.
This feeling is all too common, especially in our western society.
For the last twenty years I have studied how loneliness and genuine connection impact our health and well-being. The pandemic of loneliness has only worsened during COVID, the most isolating phenomena I have seen in my lifetime.
During the Connection Matters online workshop you will come to understand:
-
the root problem of loneliness
-
how the ripple effect of loneliness spreads throughout our lives
-
why genuine connection is an essential human need
-
tools for healing
On each of the seven days I will guide you through experiences where you can meaningfully connect to yourself and others.
It is possible to wake up in the morning and have that feeling of emptiness turn into a feeling of deep and utter fulfillment.
Meet Your Facilitator

Viktoria Simonyan, MA
Licensed Art Therapist

In my work as a therapist, I apply a holistic approach, using different modalities depending on my clients’ needs: art therapy, psychodrama, somatic experiencing, meditation, breathwork, water psychotherapy, CBT and trauma work.
My greatest passion of all is facilitating group dynamics to help build a sense of community in people's lives. Having a time and place to be real once a week is powerful. The groups I facilitate are nurturing spaces where people access their authenticity and have it witnessed. Having the space to not have to "be on" and release any roles or fronts and just to be seen for you, while others do the same is powerfully healing and fulfills a deep, basic human need.
